Beatrice Radakovich
Pastor Beatrice Radakovich was born and raised on the southwest side of Chicago, Illinois. The oldest of four siblings, her father is an attorney, and her mother is a Registered Nurse and a homemaker. She was raised in a Covenant Church in Chicago, and first developed a love for serving others while attending Saint Ignatius College Prep, where she participated in many community service opportunities. She went on to earn a B.A. in English Literature at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH and planned for a career in non-profit administration. She often says, “Little did I know, God had other plans!”. After spending a year as an Americorps VISTA in Boston, MA, Pastor Bea returned to Chicago and served as a grant writer at a legal aid organization for five years. After several experiences in her early twenties that renewed a deep Christian faith, Pastor Bea discerned a call to ministry and enrolled at McCormick Theological Seminary. She earned a Master of Divinity degree in 2007 and received the Andersen Prize, awarded to the graduating senior displaying the most promise for pastoral ministry. Following graduation, Pastor Bea spent a year and a half as Associate Pastor of the Storehouse Covenant Church in Chicago. She recently accepted a call to be the Lead Pastor of Buffalo Covenant Church. Pastor Bea is a gifted teacher, communicator and team leader.
